Pure Body Pilates was Founded in 2003 in Westchester, NY by expert trainer Corey Anne Radtke, specializing in one-on-one training with a rehabilitative touch.

Pilates is a low impact system of flexibility and strengthening exercises used to:

  • Focus on the deep muscles of the abdomen and spine while also providing a full body workout
  • Strengthens and tightens the abdominal muscles while protecting your lower back, aiding in injury prevention and spinal health
